We hold interactive and engaging monthly gatherings co-created with featured guests from across Canada and beyond that include breakouts and the opportunity to connect with like-minded women from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. These virtual events are free and open to members and to anyone interested in checking us out. Topics include: “Embracing Feminine Leadership Qualities: Challenges and Lessons Learned”, “Creating and Fueling Your Dream Project through Sponsorship and Collaboration”, and “Exploring and Embodying Inclusive Leadership”.

Seeds of Change
Seeds of Change is an opportunity for our member change-makers to grow ideas into action plans. In a safe circle, you bring your idea for a project or business idea, and a question that you want to explore.
For 15 minutes, you’ll have the benefit of clarifying questions, guidance, and possible connections with other members to help you take your project to the next level. Come back each quarter to celebrate your progress and receive the support you need to keep the momentum going.
For us, a qualifying project is any initiative that supports the five pillars of FWOCC:
HUMANITY – ECONOMY – ENVIRONMENT – HEALTH – EDUCATION
It could be a volunteer project, an offering from your business, or a new program you want to bring into your organization.
We welcome all members who have an idea or would simply like to support others who do and provide valuable feedback. Roles at the event will include:
Seed Holder – Come with your idea for impact and a question
Nurturer – Come with your wisdom and connections to support the seed holder
Witness – Come hold space and be inspired by the conversation
